NFC Midwifery & Aesthetics Care
Prenatal Care
​
Care during your pregnancy includes unhurried 30-60 minute visits where your health and pregnancy intake and a physical exam are completed. We will discuss the nature of your pregnancy, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I provide informed and joint decision making for all of my clients, something that I truly take pride in. I will draw lab work, order ultrasounds, prescribe any medication, and complete whatever is necessary for your optimal care. I am available to you 24/7 via.
Labor & Birth
​
Once you have reached full term of your pregnancy, I provide weekly appointments to ensure the health and positioning of baby. I am on call 24/7 via call and text during this time frame. During labor, my team monitor your baby and your vital signs intermittently. As a part of your birth team, I provide one-on-one labor support.

Being in the comfort of your home, you are free to move around and birth in whatever position feels right for you. I encourage you to allow your body to do the work. Your birth team can include anyone you would like. (i.e partner, doula, etc.)

IV fluids, antibiotics, or any other medication including homeopathic remedies are available if needed. I will facilitate a transfer in the rare event that it is necessary.
Postpartum care
After birth, I stay at your home for the first several hours to make sure you and baby are transitioning well, ensure you're provided with your first meal, and get you tucked in. You and baby will both get vital signs several times, as well as assistance with breastfeeding in needed.

There will be a home visit within the first 24-48 hours, another visit in 3-5 days, and then again in the following week. I am available for any needs or concerns until your 6 week check up.
Newborn Care
​
As a Certified Nurse-Midwife, I provide immediate newborn care. I will complete an assessment and get baby's weight and measurements which I will share with your pediatrician. I can complete the newborn metabolic screening and test your baby's blood type.

Lactation Assistance
​
Lactation Support Alongside my midwifery services, I also offer support as a Breastfeeding Specialist. I am here to help you with achieving and maintaining a proper latch for your baby, as as sharing helpful tips for your breastfeeding journey.
Well-Person Care
​Well-Person Care, where your health and well-being matter beyond just pregnancy and birth. We provide comprehensive well-person care, including GYN services like PAP smears and birth control options. Additionally our team is here to support you with weight loss management and other health needs. Your journey to wellness starts here!
